Shipping & Returns
We at Bello don't want to make you wait to receive your favourite products, hence we courier your order to you ASAP. In any case you can expect your order to be on its way within 3-5 working days of placing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to your registered email once your order has been shipped. Within India you can expect your order to reach you within 10 days of ordering an item that is in-stock. Outside of India, you can expect your shipment to arrive within 30 days of placing your order for an item which is in-stock depending on your location and the time custom clearances take in your country of residence.
Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking number for your shipment. You can also contact us at email@example.com if you want us to track your shipment for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Please take a moment to understand Bello products before returning/exchanging any product.
1) Our products are all natural, but one can be allergic to natural ingredients too. Hence we recommend a patch test before using any of our products.
2) Natural ingredients have a tendency to cloud or separate, change fragrance, but this does not affect the efficiency of the product.
3) Please store the products in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight so as to not expose the product to extreme temperatures
At Bello we stand behind the quality of our products. The nature of our products is such that we will be unable to return or exchange any items unless there is a genuine quality issue or we have sent you the wrong item by mistake.
If for any reason you are not satisfied by the quality of the products received by you, or have received the wrong product, please place a return request within 5 days of receiving your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the issue you have faced with your order.
Mentioning your order number and attaching a picture of the product in this email will help in the speedy processing of your request. Any return requests will be dealt with on a case to case basis and you can expect a response to your email within 24 hours.
Bello will exchange/refund any faulty items or incorrect items sent completely free of cost. Once your returns request is accepted, you can choose to ask for a refund or an exchange.
The damaged/incorrect product will be picked up from the delivery address or any other address in the same city by our courier partner within 3-5 working days of the acceptance of the returns request.
The refund/exchange process will be completed within 10 days of us receiving the defective/incorrect product in our warehouse.
NOTE: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.
As the charge to your credit card/debit card/ account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via PayUmoney Payment Gateway or Paypal as applicable.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1) Genuine quality issues.
2) Packages lost in transit.
3) In case Bello discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
4) In case Bello discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
5) Items have been damaged in transit.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
1) Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2) Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
3) After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
4) Package refused by recipient.
5) Allergic reaction to product.
NOTE: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
If you want to cancel an order placed on www.belloherbals.com you can do so before the product is delivered to you.
For cancelling your order please email us with your cancellation request on email@example.com with subject line: Cancellation of order and mentioning your order number.
Alternatively you can call up our customer care number +91 9440334236 (Mon-Sat between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) and we will be happy to cancel your order for you.
In case your cancelled order still gets delivered to you, please refuse to accept the same.
In case your order is already delivered to you the RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy will apply.
